Chair Yoga- Chair Yoga provides an opportunity for everyone to be involved with a gentle form of yoga. We will focus on the breath, posture, relieving neck & shoulder tension, joint mobility, muscle flexibility & strength, balance and Hatha Yoga postures will be included. Learn yoga skills you can easily practice from your chair and throughout your day!

This class is specifically designed for people with Multiple Sclerosis. Come join us for “Sit Down and Feel Better" - a chair yoga program for people living with MS Designed by Liz Franklin©
Thanks to MS Heartland Borderwalk in partnership with The Whole Person we are able to provide this class to MS patients for FREE. Please wear loose clothing, shoes that can be removed, water and towel and prepare to be dazzled with just how much you can work your core, glutes, and legs from a chair.
